Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, your items typically arrive within:

• UK, US, EU: 7–15 business days

• Rest of World: 10–20 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number once your item is on the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders over £40.
Flat-rate shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. If your dog isn’t thrilled, you can return the toy for a full refund or exchange (as long as it’s unused and in original packaging).

Damaged or Faulty Products
If your toy arrives with a defect or damage, contact us right away with a photo and we’ll replace it, no fuss.
